Shamelessly advertising other peoples projects here. @Cryptjar has built a crate to painlessly store data in "PROGMEM" which means in the flash memory, next to the program code. By default, read-only data is still stored in SRAM which will quickly use up all the available space. With this crate, it can be moved to flash instead. And as a bonus, it provides quite a nice API to do this.
