credit情報をダッシュボードで編集できるようにする #744

現状、ボランティアや協賛などの情報はconfigに記載している
記載内容を変える場合はnodecgの再起動をしないと反映されないため、ダッシュボード上で編集ができるようになると無停止に反映することができる
ダッシュボードで触れれば、外部からでも編集できるようになるので作業を分散できるメリットもある

ボランティアは数が多いので、1人ずつ登録するようなものではなく、テキストエリアみたいなところで一括でﾍﾞｯと編集できると簡便でうれしい。
改行区切りで入力させる感じ。
