I previously investigated this on the forums, but it is somewhat outside my current knowledge.
I created and Access Point on a 3B rev 1.2 using Buster. When Bullseye was released I started with a fresh SD card, did the updates and followed the instructions to create the access point on 192.168.4.XX with the link to the router via ethernet on 192.168.0.XX.
A windows machine can successfully connect and access the internet. As soon as an Android (10) client connects, it does a connectivity check and connects without internet but the Windows machine loses connectivity. When there is nothing connected on the ethernet port, the Android tablet can happily connect and stream video.

I posted logs in the thread mentioned above but suspect this is possibly to do with the BroadCom driver. I enabled debug logging but it doesn't show anything. I would like to get this working but don't know how to progress it.
