Repeated Error Messages Displayed When Navigating Between Source and Source Type Pages

When navigating between the Source and Source Type pages in the management portal, an error message is displayed multiple times.

Steps to Reproduce::

• Go to the Source page at: https://<deployment-url>/managementportal/#/managementportal/source/...
• Click the Source Type button to access: https://<deployment-url>/managementportal/#/managementportal/source-type/...
• Return to the Source page.

Upon returning to the Source page, an error message appears multiple times. Initially, the number of messages seems to double before gradually decreasing.
