I tried to find 1,000 genes with the highest CVi values using the content in the article Method for spatial transcriptomic datasets with more than 1000 genes. But I found that the genes I obtained did not correspond to the spatial transcriptomic datasets ground truth genes used in the data in Google Cloud Drive you gave.
Would you mind sharing your code on how you get the ground truth genes from spatial transcriptomic datasets?
