Oxygen level issue

Summary

Oxygen level set to 100 but does not go down

Reproduction

Problem is that oxygen level doesn't seem to go down at all. If you put diving gear on, you seem to be able to stay under water forever, and your oxygen level does not go down.

Expected behavior

Oxygen level to go down and require oxygen refill.

Actual behavior

Oxygen is filled, but never goes down.

Additional context

I am using QB-Core, however this does work with QB-Core. It may be an issue with QB-Core itself, but with QB_Diving oxygen goes down (although there's other issues related to oxygen not being able to fill up again) and does not allow you to refill.
