pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: waitress

You haven't run $VENV/bin/python setup.py develop on your project.

I install in global python and on pserve development.ini
and get ValueError: No such renderer factory .pt :(

I just added a couple commits to fix the missing chameleon renderer. 6ec0011 and e5691d6.
