Since (i expect) mostly other libraries taking dependecies on Purify

library builders can do (easier) cross platform/framework version builds how they see fit.
library builders can embed Purify and sign their assembly if they see fit easily with sn.exe.
appear dependency free.

I really love this approach for small utility class(es) and is an approach i.e TinyIOC and SimpleJson take.
