Alert the user when their laundry left in the machine is removed by someone else

We have GPS coordinates for each of the laundry rooms, so we could do tracking to make sure the "End of cycle " state on a person's machine was only ended when that person is present.

If we addusers this would be server side. Else client side probably.

i think we can do this client side. add an option for creating a timer that says "this is/isn't my laundry" (because they might be waiting for it to open up), and check every couple of minutes for a different status, then confirm it was or wasnt them that moved the laundry
