go to connect.php and see the db name . db name should same as database name then you can access it

its a connection error . Database name and db name both have same name .

You all can correct the name of database as "eventsite" to "eventmgmt" at phpmyadmin database name then it will work 100%. But after this the only issue is with Register Page is not working and login page is not there.
