Describe the bug
Falling blocks like sand or gravel do not fall, no matter what.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Place sand in air.

Expected behavior
Sand should fall down.

Screenshots
No screenshot necessary, very consistent behavior.
Doesn't even need to be a Skygrid world.

Version
MC: 1.19.2
Modloader: Forge
Modloader Version: 43.3.9
Mod Version: 4.0.0
