Remove binder icon from all notebooks

Remove the binder launch icon from the notebooks until GPU support is available.

We're going to have GPU resources for cookbook development during next week's hackathon and we can explore binder support for this book.

Hi there @NihanthCW and @ifranda, I wish I could say yes but I think at this point we are unable to any more latecomers. We have a big group (both in person and virtual) and have our hands full getting things organized.
