When jumping between the Assessment's Preview <=> Assessments pages (or between two Assessments pages), the scrolling keeps the memory of the last visited page instead of updating to the new page's top (or to the page's last scrolling position - in the case of returning to a previously visited page)

The solution commited is still not properly working.
For high #id's, the scrolling returns to positions different from the #id indicated by the router hash.
