complexLinks not working correctly

I tried to enable the complexLinks functionality but the site scrolls to the wrong position. However, the anchor navigation does work as expected. see http://feldenkrais-praxis-graz.at/#teachers for example.

does this option depend on any other skrollr options?

Does it work correctly when complexLinks is disabled?

Please include the unminifed skrollr and skrollr-menu sources, otherwise I can't debug.
