Modify duration on specific links

is it possible to implement a data-menu-duration in stead of having an inaccessible global function for it? Or give the duration function the provided link clicked in any way?

This would make it possible to have a button fallback in stead of scrolling and turn skrollr in to a more complex animation tool (just think about a "Watch that in slow motion" button)
