generic events incorrectly go to the end of the list on the card pages #694

On the cards page, generic events appear to go at the end of the list, even when they are earlier in time than borrows. See, for instance, the Peake card here: https://shakespeareandco.princeton.edu/books/joyce-ulysses/cards/

In contrast, the ordering is correct on the circulation page: https://shakespeareandco.princeton.edu/books/joyce-ulysses/circulation/
