Missing Atoms/ Residues

Questions:

1. Does packman.molecule use strings as atom/ residue IDS?
2. Alternative Question 1: Why some of the Atoms/ Residues are not showing up in my molecule instance?

Answer: packman.molecule in the current version uses only Integerts (int) datatypes for the Atom and Residue IDs. Other objects can have string IDs.
