[BUG] routes in navbar not working on other gateways (near.org) #536

Describe the bug
The routes are not working on other gateways

It is mostly impossible to use potlock from regular BOS gateways, e.g. https://near.org/potlock.near/widget/Index

Top navigating menu has malformed links: https://near.org/[componentAccountId]/widget/[componentName]?tab=pots

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to potlock app from ibex on near.org
Click on navbar component
See error

Expected behavior
Properly route like in bos gateway
