Typos in localization files cause localization to not load properly. #995

Describe the bug
After wondering why Fuel Cell Array has english description instead of localized one, I looked into localization file. It seems that previous author of russian localization file forgot to delete space after hash, making most of localization entries being unusable.

As you can see, only three entries are localized properly, which causes all other entries being thrown out.

It seems that PR that fixes that is already merged (#988). My bad.
