I've also had this with some of my wallet extension on different browser instances when moving from ITN wallets to mainnet using the latest wallet release.
The only solution has been to delete the extension, reinstall it and recover keys. It's been a problem for people who didn't back up their ITN seeds or JSON.
@thesheepcat can you verify your current wallet version? This should not occur in the current version; there is no "ITN" network option in the wallet anymore, but it should automatically take you to "Mainnet" in case that's what was selected in the wallet prior to the update.
@F-OBrien noted. Perhaps there could be easy wallet/key backups made available during such errors. At least that way users can get back to more or less the same state in the wallet after a re-install.
I'm trying to access my ITN rewards but i discovered my wallet extesnion (Chrome on Linux) is not even opening:
Currently, i can't use the wallet.
