Cannot unsubscribe from podcasts

Upon selecting unsubscribe, the podcast is momentarily removed from the subscriptions list, but returns within 5-10 seconds. This has occurred with numerous different podcasts, and persists regardless of which method of unsubscribing is used. It also persists with backups turned off. As best as I can tell, it's related to when the podcast was first subscribed, though I can't be certain of the exact cutoff. If I subscribe to a podcast right now, I can unsubscribe without issue, but if I try to unsubscribe to podcasts I subscribed to years ago, the issue occurs as described.

I tested to see if it was related to order of subscription, and that does not appear to be the case.
