Skip forward/backward not working in Android Auto and Notification Area #394

As you can see in the video I can't skip 10 seconds in either direction (external link because of file size):

I can change the current position by tapping on the timeline.
Play/Pause work, so does Previous/Next.

Same behavior in the notification area:

Android 13 on Samsung Galaxy S20 FE
Current Android Auto in a Ford Galaxy 2018
