Playlist doesn't update correctly

A problem I'm having for quite a long time now is that the Playlist sometimes doesn't update without killing and restarting the app.
Like I delete an episode (using the gesture) and it stays in the list. Same when the episode has finished by listening to it.

I've to "kill" the app and restart. Then it's fixed.

A new problem (since the placeholder fix in the current beta) is that sometimes items duplicate. Like here the currently played episode:

This phenomenon happened so far only after reordering items in the list. It didn't happen on the dragged item yet.

I'm using the current beta in Android 13 on a Samsung S20 FE.

Thanks very much for the bug report. How often can you reproduce this issue? I tried a few times but couldn't reproduce it.

The 2nd part can be reproduced very consistently:

The 1st (not being able to update an item; happens also with other states, but for me it's mostly delete) has not such a nice reproduction rate, but happens at least several times a week.
