[Feature Request] Sync Playlist contents between devices

I'm hoping playlist contents can be synchronized between devices, much like playlist names and podcast sync state is.

On a related note, the version that I have (22.1.3R) didn't seem to sync the state of podcasts that I had manually "marked as listened" (without actually listening to them). I haven't tried to repro the behavior since, but thought I would bring it to your attention.
