Ignore articles in title - National additions

The "Ignore articles in title" item in Settings currently affects the following:

"A, An, The"

For Hungarian-language Podcasts, this should be extended to include "Az".

The question arises as to how this is done for other languages, perhaps this could be a user-extensible input list.

Currently this only applies to English title. A user extensible input list sounds like a good way to handle other languages. I'll give that a try.

[c-est-moi]

This probably won't work/be necessary for all languages, but for Dutch (and French, Spanish, Italian, German...) it's about as straightforward as it is for English.
