Linux guide : Somewhere in home directory:
build blackbox_decode (needed)

If you have multiple versions of Python installed you may need to specify pip3 instead of pip, and edit the PID-Analyzer.py script to use python3:

EDIT: However, if i skip the requirements.txt and install the packages manually by name only (not versions) they install successfully and was able to execute
