Zooming is broken on 14.a and 14.b

As the title says, I noticed I can't zoom in as much as I used to be able to.

I confirmed this after downgrading back to Revision 13.c and was able to zoom even further into my maps.

It almost feels like on 14.* that zooming in reaches a max zoom level which means my pins are grouped with 100s of images all in one image wheel which isn't ideal.

I'm not sure where to begin investigating so sticking on 13.c for now. I suspect it could be the 3rd party leaflet js library.
