I'm curios to see what the server interface looks like as I am wondering what one can do with the pictures you have backed up? I mean they're now safe, at home, on my server, how can I view them or download or share them?

Sorry to disappoint you, but at the moment, there is no server interface (at least visual). When you have backed up some pictures, you can do what you want with it, but not through PhotoBackup.
To tell the truth, I have a plan to write such an interface, but hadn't find the time for it for now... I want to publish a proper Android app 1.0 first, then I'll work on it.

Thanks for the reply. Good to know exactly what to expect. Not much of a problem, I was planning on installing the server part on my NAS running freeNAS and I can make it save into a folder which is shared via CIFS for example so I will have access to the pics.

With regard to server visual interface (GUI) , I like it the way it is. Right now, the server intends to do one thing and do it well. I think it would be pretty challenging to come up with a GUI that doesn't try to tell people what to do with their photos. I'm also moving them to FreeNAS. From there and you have many options for what to do with them: plex, kodi etc.
