All manual and scheduled tests for the dashboards are failing, leading to missing data and status updates for these models

Bug Description

While reviewing the test data and logs, I noticed that the tests meant to run for all models have not been functioning for a long time due to various issues with GitHub Actions.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to GitHub actions
2. Click on any workflows
3. See error

Expected behavior

The tests should run as intended to provide the overall status update and updates for each model.
