everytime i try use the -p launch option i get this result

Setting breakpad minidump AppID = 1237970 Steam_SetMinidumpSteamID: Caching Steam ID: [my id here] [API loaded no] Read pipe encountered fatal error.

im assuming its either a me thing or steam

for whatever reason the api isn't loading
