Reconnect logic not firing after computer wakes from sleep

Leave a Parabol tab open. Close your computer. Go to sleep.
Re open your computer.
Start a Check-In meeting.
Facilitate forward. Note that you won’t see folks add anything to the agenda.
Refresh the tab, notice that now you’ll see the agenda items.

Note:
If you aren’t the one to create the new meeting, you’ll also notice this behavior trying the find the meeting that was just started. You’ll need refresh the /meetings view in order to see the newly created meeting
Has anybody else seen this behavior? What could be causing it?

• have the logic match what happens when a server disconnect happens (all queries get refetched)
