Publish symbols on inkscape.org

These symbols can be published on inkscape.org for greater distribution.

Thanks, please elaborate on how, if there is an extension manager or plugin system. (I am not familiar with these parts of Inkscape yet.) This would also solve/reduce packaging e.g. for flatpak, snap, apt-get.

For a first step, post to https://inkscape.org/gallery/upload/ and select inkscape symbol set as the category.

Also, this seems like a duplicate of #124.

It's possible we could allow a zip file, or maybe a link, though it'd be nice to have the data as we can tag it and know it's clean.

The link in #124 is https://inkscape.org/gallery/=symbol/ and that one is not the one we want to use (anymore).

https://inkscape.org/gallery/upload/ is the one to use.

Do we use a link? I think that is working if I look at https://inkscape.org/gallery/=inkscape-symbol-set/?page=3&

Otherwise first https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape-web/-/issues/526 has to be solved,
