Publish symbols on inkscape.org #136
Comments
Thanks, please elaborate on how, if there is an extension manager or plugin system. (I am not familiar with these parts of Inkscape yet.) This would also solve/reduce packaging e.g. for flatpak, snap, apt-get. |
For a first step, post to https://inkscape.org/gallery/upload/ and select inkscape symbol set as the category. |
There are currently only three published symbol sets: https://inkscape.org/gallery/=symbol/ |
Also, this seems like a duplicate of #124. |
It's possible we could allow a zip file, or maybe a link, though it'd be nice to have the data as we can tag it and know it's clean. |
The link in #124 is https://inkscape.org/gallery/=symbol/ and that one is not the one we want to use (anymore). https://inkscape.org/gallery/upload/ is the one to use. Do we use a link? I think that is working if I look at https://inkscape.org/gallery/=inkscape-symbol-set/?page=3& Otherwise first https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape-web/-/issues/526 has to be solved, |
These symbols can be published on inkscape.org for greater distribution.
