Visulaize / modify PFT files

Put files can be viewed inside the flask app because they have multiple coordinates systems (+veget and time_counter) these need to be taken in account.

On top of that the current workflow only allows concentric values. Adding the value changer panel app to this would be good to allow the user to change manually different regions once generated.
