Adding repeat number and confidence interval to TRVZ

Thanks for a great tool. Easy to use and well documented.

I really like the visual nature of the TRVZ output, but miss the confidence interval related to a repeat.
I would like to suggest the option to add the number of repeats and confidence interval stated in the vcf file to the image created.

Thank you -- so glad to hear that TRVZ is useful to you! We are planning a major refactor of TRVZ this quarter, so we can definitely add repeat lengths and confidence intervals to the images. Would you be interested in providing feedback on the arrangement of size labels and other new features of TRVZ plots once we implement them?
