Evaluation framework to be developed by end of calendar informed by the results of the discovery exercise and continued discussion with partners.

This is a deliverable for the business architect.

Henry is presenting initial thoughts at the FPTI WG on Oct. 28th. Following this, we'll have a better idea re: direction to take. We may not have enough information to develop this until we complete the discovery phase.

Meeting scheduled with Henry on Oct. 29 to discuss next steps.

Discussions regarding the approach to developing the Evaluation Framework are ongoing. The Evaluation Framework might not be developed until after the Discover phase is complete.
