CSV import doesn't support escaped commas

When trying to import a CSV file that has data with escaped commas, you get extra columns.

Example CSV

name,description
Test,"Hi, this doesn't work"

Expected

The table is built with two columns like this:

name | description
-----+--------------------
Test | Hi, this doesn't work

Actual

We get an extra column like this:

name | description |
-----+-------------|------------------
Test | Hi          | this doesn't work

Hi, this has now been updated in version 1.1.4 where the commas are parsed correctly and quotes are also retained.
