[FEATURE] Make "My Accounts" the first tab in the address selector when starting the send tokens userflow.

Feature

When the send tokens userflow opens, the first tab in the address selector that opens is the "recent" tab.

Instead, since moving tokens between accounts is a common primary action our users take, we should display the "My Accounts" tab first to make it easier for users to move tokens between their accounts quickly.

Expected Outcomes

• The "My Accounts" tab is the left-most and first-opened tab in the address selector view during the send tokens user flow.
