Received constructive feedback:

My main critic is that the Quickstart gives the impression that
executing that steps get you up and running. Following the Quickstart
let me successfully install Apex Nitro and create a project, but then I
had no idea how to continue. It left me with a project that has no
files. Then I tried the demos which do work (although I did not
configure correctly it for reloading the browser contents
automatically). I have seen from the open issues that you probably are
already addressing the issue.

So I guess I (and possible many others) could need some guidance how
configure the server side step by step. Or at least have an demo
application exported from apex to study how it has been configured
(although it is pain to search in apex if you don't know what you are
looking for). Or are apex application that are used for the demos
available for download, so that I can import them locally? Maybe I
missed that.

So we need to provide a demo application and document where the references have been placed.
