Current Situation

It's possible to get the current status of outdoor meters, but not any historical data. The app can do it, so this seems like it should already exist in the API.

Proposed Change

Add a method (or simply documentation) for a way to request historical data from a meter.

Additional Context

This has been brought up at least twice before, in issues #268 and #284. Both have been closed automatically due to no activity.
