proxy servers should be hosted for https://github.com/OpenVoiceOS/ovos-stt-plugin-projectAINA-remote (keeping the token secret and only server side)

then the urls shoud be set under https://github.com/OpenVoiceOS/ovos-config/blob/dev/ovos_config/recommends/offline_stt/ca-es.conf

the existing public servers should go after the new proxy server urls, giving preference to catalan specific models

NOTE: if not used the hugging face servers go down automatically, so requests might fail, but this will bring the servers back up and the next request works again. for this reason the main public servers should still be in the list after the projectAINA urls
