Information about minimum browser requirements needed

Current behavior
Errors are currently occurring in connection with old browsers that are no longer supported. This leads to content no longer being fully loaded or reloads being necessary.

Wanted behavior
A check routine is required when logging in, which checks the browser version used and displays a message that the browser is no longer supported and which version minimum requirement exists.

Additional context
Supported Browsers should be:
Chrome, Chromium, Firefox, Brave, Edge, Opera and Safari. (If I miss an important one, please add it.)
