Contributions menu: new filter & sort options / link to content element

Description: The contributions menu should be enhanced with some new features.

What should happen:

A) Add new filter option:

• 'Has spoken' / 'Has not spoken' - filter should seperate between persons which had spoken and those who don't; and vis-à-vis.

B) New sort option:

• Sort by element/identifier. - The new option sorts the contributions list according to the elements and identifier names. (e.g. TOP 1, TOP 2 and so on)

C) Add link to element in contribution metadata

• The metadata should get link to the element (example of element in image bellow) which it refers to. Elements can be everything with a list of spekaers (e.g. agenda items, motions, amendments or elections; )
