Speaking times widget: Visualization of minus time

Description: If the time value of a structure level is lower than 0:00 the time value is still displayed in black. This doesn't fit with other timers (Countdowns).

What should happen:
If a structure level time is lower than 0:00 the color should switch to red. This should be visible in the speaking times widget, the projections of the times and in the list of speakers.
