Prevent that Point of Order contributions count as normal contributions

Current behaviour:
If a participant made a PoO on a LoS and then makes a normal contribution, then the normal contribution is counted as 2. Contribution:

Reproduction:
in a meeting:

1. login as an admin
2. settings > List of Speakers > enable Point of Orders
3. deactivate "Only present participants can be added to the list of speakers"
4. open a LoS
5. add a point of order, start and stop the PoO
6. add yourself with a normal contribution

Wanted behaviour:
The PoO should not count as a contribution and should therefore not change the count for the normal contributions
