Participant import: present status not imported

Description: The participant import has a small issue with the coloumn "is Present". The value "1" is ignored during import. The result will always be a 0 value and the participant is set to not present.

Reproduction:

1. open a meeting
2. open participants > three dot menu > import
3. import a new user with a "is present" value of 1. Check the imported data.

What should happen:
The coloumn "is present" should be imported correctly with 1 or 0.
