Updates from core through June 2021.
Build system is completely converted from prebuild to standard msbuild.
CICD process in place to check build status,

Sasquatch 05/2021 Release Hotfix 1

Fix an issue with the newly introduced money module. If you are using the May release and also configuring and using the newly added money module you should use this updated version.

Sasquatch 05/2021 Release

Updated Sasquatch release with changes from upstream through 5/15 and the following new features:

• Modified DTL money module
  • Designed to Co-exist with the existing Gloebit and Beta money modules
  • Moved into the current package structure (module in Region.OptionalModules, Server in OpenSim.Server and so on)
  • Specify a currency symbol and apply it on region entry (changes by Rene)
  • Cleanup of module for 0.9.2 and Sasquatch (changes by Rene)
• Modified Gloebit module to co-exist with other modules better.
  • Get EconomyModule settings using the correct case for the symbol.

Adding a discussion thread for the release
Note this should be ready for production use but there are some significant new features in here that will take some time to integrate into an existing grid. Hence the pre-release status.
