Enhancement - Bootstrap tabs

Make tabs into an accordion in application layout control on small device or opt in at certain screen size. This can be done for tabs in general.

Is this specifically for the Tabbed Panel control? Is there a website (preferably bootstrap style) that uses the approach you're recommending. My recommendation for XPages would be to reproduce standard bootstrap web user experiences where possible.
