We are using Excel and Word exports - sometimes when opening the file it shows the login screen within the document - not always though. Any ideas on this? The doc will come up initially - Word / Excel indicates that it is an internet file and asks if you want to Enable Editing - as soon as I do this, the login screen appears in the doc. If I do this a second time the login screen doesn't appear.
