Word export : how can I change the style of text?

I tried to use the word export on your example database and I found that really good. However I tried to change things on your template "SampleContract.docx" and if I change too many things nothing works. For example I can change the colour of the <> attribute but I can't change the bold property otherwise it doesn't work anymore.

Could you tell me why?

Another question : Is there a way to change an image on the word file in the same way than the text?
