I am uploading a lot of pictures again,
in the Global-map-view i can see them appearing on the right.

However, if you go to 'World Cup' and go back to the Global Map again, new pictures are not shown anymore.
Only if you press CTRL-SHIFT-R, you will see new pictures appear again.

The data on the global map comes from both the photos table (where data goes after you upload) and the clusters table (which is an abstraction of the photos table).

The cluster data is loaded first, and the photos table data is loaded after about zoom level 12-13

We need to run this command to generate the clusters

If you upload a photo, the clusters table does not generate itself automatically but the photos table should load it after zoom 13+. Currently I run this command every day to generate new clusters if there is new data. We need to figure out a better way to do this.

(could this be a reaction that was meant for #182?)

I'm not sure why the websockets would stop accepting new data... we will debug this later
